Gospel Driven – Together

Thank you for visiting our website. Our desire is to be a God-centered, Christ-honoring, and Spirit-led church. We are not a program-based church, but a body of believers living out our faith together. We believe that God transforms lives through faithful preaching of His Word. God’s Word is sufficient for us. This affects our families, our church, our community, and the world. That is the power of the Gospel.

We are a gospel-driven church.

We worship together with all generations. We intentionally structure our church so that you have time to apply the Word to your life. College students, singles, and families of all ages and sizes all benefit from learning together. This freedom also gives families time to disciple their children, provides many opportunities to truly live in covenantal community, and enables a return to simple commands such as practicing hospitality.

We are together on purpose.

Basswood Church provides an environment where men are challenged and equipped to lead, where women are encouraged in godliness, and where children of all ages see obedience and unity are blessings from God. Many of us did not grow up prepared to live this way. You’ll find no perfect families at Basswood Church. We need each other. That’s why Basswood Church exists.
